How to dynamically load minimsc.dll from FreeBasic

FreeBASIC is a stable/free/open source (GPL), BASIC compiler for Microsoft Windows, DOS and Linux.

Just add header and module file (minimscdyn.bi and .bas respectively). The '/bin' directory also contains binaries examples.
